The Steps
When you're ready to invest in your ride, send me a message.
First, we'll book a tree fitting appointment. At the tree fitting appointment, I'll measure your horse for a tree, and make some notes about the horse's anatomy and what may or may not work for this specific horse. We'll decide seat size and tree style here.
Tree Fitting Appointment Cost: $75 + $2/mile Non-Refundable

Next, when you're ready to put down a deposit, design your saddle and get a tree ordered, we'll arrange a date for you to come to my shop. (This could also be done at the time of your tree fitting appointment)
Together, we'll design your saddle. As we decide on the features and looks, I will draw out the saddle so you can see what you will be riding in by the end of the build.​
After a deposit is made, I'll get a tree and materials ordered promptly. Once ordered, leather color, hardware, stirrups, tree style and sizing cannot be changed.

When its time for your saddle to be built, I'll call to confirm the details with you.
After the saddle is built, the rest of the balance should be paid upon delivery. Or, if shipped, should be paid before the saddle gets sent out. Delivered saddles get checked for fit one last time!
